The Nappy Hair Whisperer! Lol

There is absolutely NOTHING worse than having dry, staticky hair extensions!!! Dry hair will look horrible and resist being curled properly. Your brush will get caught while styling.... Your ends will tangle badly.... You will experience breakage....Your skin may even start to itch (eew)!!  Hair is like straws of hay when dry! Let's compare a straw of hay to a fresh blade of green grass. Okay.... Your hay is dry and when you bend it, it will slightly crack into two pieces right?? Okay... now let's get your fresh ,watered blade of healthy green grass. Your grass is strong... It's not easy to snap in two and when you bend it, it will  go with the flow undamaged and still intact right???  Well , I discovered one of the best products to tame your dry , brittle hair. My favorite conditioner right now is BIOLAGE smoothing conditioner! Oh my GOD, I love the way my hair feels after using this stuff... It's awesome!! I advise you to use on your natural hair as well. To properly cowash your hair extensions, first soak your bundle with hot water to open the cuticles on the shaft. Next, apply an ample amount of conditioner and brush it through with a vent or detangling brush. Then, let it sit for 5-10 minutes in a plastic bag (I prefer to place it inside of a plastic processing cap) and finally rinse with cold water and full pressure for about 2 minutes until it's completely rinsed out. Rinsing with cold water will close the cuticle and give your hair a clean shine and smooth, silky texture. Let your bundle air dry for the best results. If your hair extensions are already installed, sit under a hooded hair dryer.

This is my smoothing method for nappy, dry and crunchy hair lol!!, if you have any tips, please feel free to post them in the comments!  Xoxo mmmmmmmuah!! ;)
